Biography
Mr. Baker’s practice includes the representation of corporations in wrongful death and serious personal injury actions; labor and employment matters; and the management of complex litigation involving asbestos and silica. Mr. Baker’s practice also includes the representation of railroads in FELA matters and crossing accidents. Mr. Baker is a frequent contributor and speaker at seminars and conventions.
